Reduce el volumen de residuos, facilita el almacenamiento de estos residuos, permite un aprovechamiento agr\u00edcola mejor y m\u00e1s flexible y minimiza el riesgo sanitario inherente a todas las operaciones anteriores.<\/p><p>2. Tiene un fundamento simple, es muy robusto y vers\u00e1til, se puede aplicar a diferentes tipos de residuos org\u00e1nicos y mezclas y en escalas de trabajo muy diversas y requiere sistemas El producto obtenido se denomina compuesto y puede ser utilizado como fertilizante en la agricultura o jardiner\u00eda, por lo que se consigue una valorizaci\u00f3n del residuo original.<\/p><p>Las ventajas principales del proceso de compostaje son que reduce el volumen de residuos, facilita su almacenamiento, permite un mejor y m\u00e1s flexible aprovechamiento y minimiza el riesgo sanitario inherente a todas las operaciones anteriores.<\/p><p>La planta de compostatge de Blanes es troba en funcionament des de 1997. T\u00e9 una capacitat de tractament de 8.000 Tn\/any de fang deshidratat i consta de 4 t\u00fanels tancats amb ventilaci\u00f3
